A good doctor and a doctor's assistant, among the kindest people God has created. May God bless them.

I've been going to this practice for orthodontic treatment since 2016, and in 2025, after almost 10 years, I'm still not finished, with visible damage to my teeth and smile. Every appointment is a waste of time: I can wait up to 5 hours without any explanation, and the receptionist is very rude, which makes the experience even more unpleasant. My family and friends have all advised me to stop going because the follow-up care is so poor. I'm really disappointed and I strongly advise against going to this practice.

Bad experience; the receptionist was very rude. Furthermore, the dentist didn't take the time to explain the treatment to me, which made me feel like just a number rather than a patient.

The doctor is very nice, but the secretary is a bad person. I don't really know the selection criteria for the switchboard operators. A vulgar, mean person, may God protect her.
