I've been to this salon twice, and it's definitely the last time! - First experience: I had a hammam spa treatment, and the woman who collected my hammam bag didn't give me back my kissa (a type of bath towel) that she seemed to really like during the hammam. It looked like it was good quality, but when I got home, I realized she'd taken it and hadn't put it back in my bag! - Second experience: Today I went for eyebrow waxing, and the esthetician was terrible and ruined my eyebrows. They look awful now, and it's the first time an esthetician has ever done this to me! It really looks like she's never waxed eyebrows before! Very disappointing, and I don't like what I see in the mirror anymore! - Please hire a good esthetician, especially for eyebrows, because this kind of treatment ruins or shows off my whole face. 🙂

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. The hairdressers kept taking breaks to smoke; you could smell the cigarettes on their hands and breath. An hour for a simple blow-dry? On hair that was already washed and short? It's ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend it!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
