I’ve stayed here quite few times in last months but not going back again. Loud music from a club next door until early morning. Unmotivated and thus unhelpful front desk and manager. No hot water time to time. Good for taking photos but that’s about it, not going back. Being a bit far from the downtown is also not convenient if I actually want to experience Rabat and Morocco. Ah, and there is no SPA.

Checked in and they upgraded us to a beachfront view but what that really meant was right next to the club. Loud music from a club next door all night until 4 am. I heard every lyric and song that was played. This was extremely disappointing. I can not believe the price and views of a luxury hotel only to get no sleep. Also you need a white taxi large to cross bridge so the location is not ideal as it’s not walkable. Editing review: they move us over so very grateful for a room change.

this hotel was extremely annoying The first day, after a long transit, i wanted to take a bath. The water was brown and lukewarm. This was not fixed for several hours. the second day, and for the rest of the stay, there was absolutely no hot water in the entire hotel. The service was also horrible, except for one time during lunch, where we had a very good server, the rest however, the service was horrible. the breakfast was extremely limited. It was a buffet, and there was barely any food. the rooms were large and spacious , however some parts of the carpet was ripped. In the evenings it smelled of sewage and was deeply unpleasant. We were not allowed to go to dinner until 9 o’clock as it was for iftar, we understand the need for this however considering the prices it is completely unacceptable, and when we arrived there was barely any food. This is my first time writing a review, ever. This should emphasise how deeply irritated our whole family was with this hotel. Please avoid.

Our room had cheap plastic floors coming up in some places, outlets with plastic peeling off and some wood chipped off the side boards. Generally poor service, also at reception. Hotel restaurant sub-par experience—slow service, high prices and only average quality. Lobby area nicely decorated and beautiful view. Not a 5 star hotel quality though. Generally disappointing experience.

Check out the menu before going there. I think it's the most expensive coffee americano I've ever had in my life but again, sometimes you pay for the view and the place obviously, but just heads up. The view was really nice and they have a pool. It overlooks the bouregreg river. The jet skis were noise pollution, but the staff are really really good and kind.

Not worth the price, was never notified about ongoing construction, rooms are not kept up, too much noise from the adjacent road to room, you can get better value at Hassan tower or Marriott for the money, breakfast is subpar. Only saving grace about this hotel is the pool area and view.

Dawliz cafe section has a gorgeous view. Service quality however, equally bad. We ordered orange juice and cold coffee. Orange juice was bitter and tasteless, coffee was too watery. But the worst part was, it took 25 mins for them to prepare it.
