Coffee and restaurant Maghreb United

Unfortunately, my experience at this café was disappointing. The customer service was subpar; I sat for a long time waiting for the waiter to take my order, but he completely ignored me while taking orders from customers who arrived after me and sat near me. I felt unwelcome, perhaps because I was a new customer. After waiting so long without any attention, I had to leave the café without ordering anything. It was unfortunate that my first experience was like this, as a warm welcome and equal attention to all customers are just as important as the quality of the drinks or the service provided. I hope the café management will review their customer service and ensure that everyone is treated with respect and equality so that this experience is not repeated with other customers.

Clean and up to standard cafe, everything you would find in it: a cafe, a restaurant, a hotel, and all public facilities. I would give it a 5-star rating.
