A small update in response to the doctor's comment: Quite revealing: a neurologist who is supposed to be compassionate calls people "ignorant" and "rude" as soon as you criticize her practice. With such an example, the secretary's behavior becomes much clearer. A very bad experience. The secretary was haughty, unpleasant, and frankly inhumane, and even dared to offer inappropriate medical opinions! We already had the prescriptions for an EEG: they simply needed to be done, but the practice refused, claiming that the patient wasn't a regular patient there (something other neurologists have no problem doing). The result: we were forced to transfer a seriously ill and immobile person to another city. It's a shame that this is the only neurologist in Taza. The reception and care need a complete overhaul. Avoid at all costs.

The reception service is deplorable, with a clear lack of respect for patients. Unfortunately, this situation is damaging the reputation of the practice, and especially that of the doctor.
