Beyond the excellent care they provided, we were deeply touched by their kindness, empathy, availability, and the respect with which they supported our family throughout this ordeal. Thanks to their commitment and dedication, our brother was stabilized and repatriated to France to be with his trusted medical team. What an efficient clinic full of kind, helpful and professional staff. Everyone did their best to communicate in English and to provide me with as many details as possible, suggesting the most suitable tests, but at the same time always keeping me informed of the costs to avoid a surprise at the end. The team made sure I was as comfortable as possible and also provided me with a bed to rest between the tests or while waiting for results. The doctors always discuss the results together before making a conclusion. Great experience, I would highly recommend this clinic. Special thanks go to Imad, Najwa, Khalil, and Nabil, unfortunately I don’t remember the names of the others. Best wishes!

The emergency department is professional and well-organized. The emergency room staff prioritizes patient triage, efficient administrative processes, and clear communication. The team works with coordination and compassion to ensure optimal and prompt care. Even though we arrived on a very busy day, we hardly waited at all. This was our best experience in Meknes after numerous disappointments at several other clinics in the city. Even my father-in-law, who was ill, told me that their smiles greatly lifted his spirits. Thank you so much to the entire team.
