I had surgery at this facility and I want to emphasize that the doctor who treated me was very competent, caring, and friendly. However, my experience during my dressing change was very disappointing. When I simply and politely asked a receptionist if I was in the correct department for my dressing change, she began speaking aggressively and shouting at me, which is completely unacceptable in a patient reception area. Furthermore, the nurse who changed my dressing asked me to come back in a week, even though dressings should be changed every two days, as the doctor had also confirmed. As a healthcare professional, I feel compelled to report this lack of professionalism and communication. Patients deserve to be listened to and respected, not treated with condescension.

A very bad experience with this clinic. My father went there with test results showing acute kidney failure requiring, according to the doctors who subsequently treated him, immediate dialysis. Despite this, he was sent home without any warning or appropriate care. That same evening, his condition deteriorated drastically, and he nearly died. He ultimately had to be rushed to another clinic for 10 days, including 3 days in intensive care. The most shocking thing is that after we complained to management, Dr. El Gharib didn't even bother to call us to offer an explanation or take any responsibility. Not to mention the clinic's appalling state of disrepair. An unacceptable experience that has completely destroyed our trust in this establishment. I strongly advise against going to this clinic.

They dont answer the Phone

A very disappointing experience in the emergency room. There was no seriousness or consideration for the patient. The doctor made no effort to understand my problem: a rushed consultation (less than 2 minutes), a request for an X-ray, and then an incorrect diagnosis. He told me there was nothing wrong, even though a fracture was clearly visible on the X-ray. This negligence caused several complications, including two dislocations. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic.

I wish to express my sincere satisfaction and gratitude to this clinic and its exceptional team. From the moment you arrive, you sense genuine professionalism and a sincere focus on patient care. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern equipment. The doctors take the time to listen, explain, and reassure, which inspires great confidence. A huge thank you to the entire team for their availability, kindness, and the impeccable quality of care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking top-tier medical services.
