The clinic seems ok but the female front desk staff at the entry are not good. I asked a simple question about how to renew a birth control prescription, and they told me to go to the anti rabies centre of Marrakech. This made no sense and was completely unhelpful. They could have booked me in with a gynecologist at their clinic, but they didn't. In the end, I was able to easily renew my prescription at a nearby pharmacy. If they had told me that a pharmacy could help me in the beginning, I would have really appreciated it.

There are no words to express and no actions I can show to say how eternally grateful I am to all the staff at Clinique Riad. Can I say a sincere thank you to you all. You are an amazing team who always made me feel welcome reassured and comfortable in the most challenging of times. The assessment, procedure and aftercare was absolutely faultless. We were faced with a language barrier but you all ensured you understood me and I was understanding yourselves. Went to them with food poisoning, the service was fast, I felt better right away. For the prescription they called a non-stop pharmacy to check that the pills were available and overall it was a great experience!

Doctor Nour in The Emergency Room should not be allowed to work as a Doctor!!! Two days ago, I was rushed to this hospital after losing consciousness at home. Upon arrival, I was kept in the emergency room for more than 30 minutes before the doctor finally arrived. When he did, instead of showing concern, he entered with a furious expression and immediately accused me of faking my condition, as if I were pretending to be sick. At that moment, my blood pressure was dangerously low at 10/48, my blood sugar had dropped to 70, and my whole body was shaking. I could barely differentiate words or make sense of my surroundings. Despite this, the doctor continued to yell and even insulted the nurse who was trying to take care of me. He bragged about his experience rather than focusing on my critical state—all without properly examining me first. Only after running tests did he realize how severe my case truly was. His name is Doctor Nour, and based on this experience, I strongly believe his behavior should be reviewed by the hospital committee. A doctor who treats vulnerable patients with such negligence, arrogance, and hostility should not be allowed to continue practicing medicine.
