Frankly, an extremely disappointing experience. By nature, I almost never leave reviews unless I truly feel the need to express my dissatisfaction. And unfortunately, this clinic deeply disappointed me. The biggest problem, in my opinion, remains the reception and especially the behavior of some of the nurses: zero support, zero guidance, and above all, a clear lack of communication between them. To get even the simplest information, you sometimes have to go from one floor to another, and even then, it's difficult to get a clear answer. The most frustrating thing is the lack of support and the tendency to pass the buck. I requested a service I had paid for, and everyone sent me to someone else to avoid dealing with it. In the end, the patient is left to search for someone else who can answer their question. Another point that particularly shocked me: the vial containing a sample for biopsy analysis was handed directly into my hands, without an envelope or any protective packaging, just a few documents from the clinic. For a medical sample, a minimum of care in presentation and protection seems obvious to me. This really gives the impression of a lack of professionalism and organization. And the worst part is the level of mistrust towards patients: being stopped by a security guard at the exit of the facility to show me my payment receipt… honestly, I had never experienced anything like it in a healthcare setting. It really makes you wonder if a patient would ever leave without having paid! I am not questioning the medical skills of the professionals who work there. My comment mainly concerns the reception, the organization, and the quality of treatment provided to patients. Unfortunately, there is a rather oppressive atmosphere and a lack of consideration that makes the experience particularly unpleasant. I sincerely regret having relied on the positive reviews I had read before going there. For me, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a clinic. I absolutely do not recommend it and I would advise anyone I know to do their research before choosing this establishment.

The entire medical staff seemed somewhat amateurish, and it took an unacceptable 48 hours for a specialist to see a patient in distress. Furthermore, they made numerous excuses, claiming the specialist wasn't necessary. I simply agreed because I was too stressed and didn't want to get into any more arguments. In addition, they forgot the deposit we had paid initially, and I had to contact them twice before they acknowledged it. I believe this was deliberate.

A disgrace and a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against going to this hospital. My sister was admitted to the emergency room on July 19, 2026, and was simply abandoned in the treatment room by the on-call doctor, who left without leaving any instructions (claiming he was traveling to Rabat, an absurd excuse on the evening of the World Cup final). To top it all off, the staff's aggression and rudeness are unworthy of the medical profession. The nurse became hostile as soon as I asked for an explanation of the treatment, and the receptionist refused to give me a detailed receipt for the 800 dirhams I paid, telling me to come back the next day. This is a complete lack of financial transparency, a blatant lack of ethics, and a danger to patient safety. Avoid this hospital at all costs.
