I would like to thank the entire hospital team. I was seen immediately, and all the necessary care was administered quickly and efficiently, allowing me to be back on my feet within 24 hours and to catch my flight the next day. The nurses and doctors were very attentive and caring. I felt very confident and supported. A huge thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Great service and help

We chose this hospital because of its excellent reviews, but based on our experience, it does not deserve its current rating for pediatric care. We waited over 1.5 hours for the consultant, who examined our 21-month-old son for only about three minutes and diagnosed his rapidly spreading rash as mosquito bites, despite some of the rash being inside his mouth. The communication was poor, and our concerns were not properly addressed. We were then charged 700 in total (300 for the general consultation and 400 for the consultant) for what felt like a rushed and inadequate assessment. This was one of the worst clinical experiences we've had with our son, I suppose I'll have to trust ChatGPT for now and hope it's not serious.

While on vacation in Morocco, we had to go to the emergency room late at night and were very stressed because our children weren't well. Thank you to the entire team, both day and night. You are very attentive, you know how to reassure families, and you truly care for your patients with great gentleness and kindness. Thank you for helping my children get better. A big thank you also to the doctor for his professionalism. You are a wonderful team and provide a very high-quality service. Thank you so much for your dedication. All the best to you all.

Peace be upon you. I am the brother of a patient, and I want to share my experience at the International Clinic where my brother was in critical condition, between life and death, in a coma. Thanks be to God, thanks to the doctors, especially Dr. Omar, and the nurses, particularly those two sisters, Lamia and Maryam, for their kind treatment, compassionate care, and constant smiles, his condition has returned to normal. This is after he was in a private clinic in Adrar where the doctors and nurses neglected him—I wouldn't recommend anyone go there at all. Once again, I extend my deepest gratitude to all the medical staff at the International Clinic. Words cannot express my appreciation for them, and God is my witness.

I want to thank this clinic for their quality of service, all of the staff that i met each by their names starting with reception, nurses, dr anesthesiologist the technicians in the operation room and the dr ait moulay that preformed a gallbladder removal surgery, going back to the nurses that were taking care of me i have never used the button to call them because they were checking on me every minute. Thank you so much for giving me hope that there is still humanity and kindness among nurses…
