Doctors and nurses were nice and seemed to be professional but the whole place is let down terribly by really bad administration. Just hopeless.

I want to share my experience to help expectant mothers make an informed choice. Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was very disappointing. I found the quality of care in the maternity ward to be below my expectations. I encountered several errors and a lack of professionalism from some staff members, which made this already crucial period even more difficult. Furthermore, the rooms are poorly maintained and do not provide the comfort expected in a maternity ward. The quality of the meals was also very disappointing. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the facilities and quality of care for future mothers.

I contacted them by phone for information, but the lady didn't respond well. I made five calls and she only gave me one piece of incomplete information. [Null service]

One of the women in the emergency room is a real pain; she lets people in through connections, and when you ask her a question, she acts all high and mighty, while we're here to lose our livelihood, not to beg.

A very bad experience. The clinic almost never answers the phone, which makes it difficult to book appointments and follow up with patients. Furthermore, the staff is not always friendly or attentive. A better sense of service and respect for patients is needed.
