The clinic was poorly staffed, with inadequate rooms and no regard for patient health whatsoever. I was still under anesthesia when they moved me from one ward to my room and woke me up in a disrespectful manner. Everything was done roughly and rudely. However, Dr. Abdelilah Ariwa was an exceptionally skilled and professional doctor who understood the patient's situation.

🩺 A brief personal observation after surgery After my first hemorrhoid surgery performed by Professor Dr. Kandri, I unfortunately experienced a complete lack of post-operative follow-up, despite persistent bleeding. I then underwent a second procedure at the Florence Clinic in Fez, with Dr. Benzekri Omar (a visceral surgeon), where I finally found a professional, compassionate, and highly competent team. Their care corrected the shortcomings of the first surgery, and I am now feeling very well. A huge thank you to all the staff at the Florence Clinic for their professionalism and kindness. 🙏

Very bad experience for one night they charged us 10000dh per night for 3nights and they let my dad fall they wasn't there nobody was taking care of him and finally they refused to give us a report or any bills details also they give dad other women prescription and this who calls him self doctor (mikoo jalal ) he refused to talk to us because we wasn't agreeing anymore for the situation ^thief^
