Clinique Ryad

I would like to thank the entire team at the Riad clinic for their professionalism; they took excellent care of me. I do not regret this choice.

The director of this clinic is arrogant. He made inappropriate remarks, unbecoming of a doctor. He seems to have forgotten his Hippocratic Oath, believing himself above everyone else. Being a doctor is, above all, about humility, kindness, and compassion. The intensive care physician seems overwhelmed by events. He tells me my father will die in an hour, and I'm astonished by this precision. My father died there under unclear circumstances after surgery. There are no clear explanations, except that he was elderly, which is no reason to downplay the facts. He refuses to give me a full explanation regarding my father's death. Avoid this place at all costs. If my father had been taken to another clinic, perhaps he would still be here. What I hold against them is their lack of transparency, rigor, and their nonchalance.

I wish to express my deepest gratitude to the Ryad Clinic for the quality of its welcome, its professionalism, and the excellence of its care. My sincere thanks to Dr. Benani for his competence, dedication, attentiveness, and support. Thank you also to the entire clinic team for their kindness and care. Your work and your humanity are greatly appreciated.

Honestly, they're the best people, and Dr. Youssef is the best in Fez. Everything is perfect; may God grant them continued success.

This clinic is not recommended; patient follow-up is poor. When you ask the director for explanations, you get the impression you're bothering him, and on top of that, he treats people like idiots. The role of each medical staff member is unclear. I do not recommend this clinic at all.
