A very bad experience with this clinic. The service was disappointing at every level: administration, staff, and organization. We paid for overnight patient companionship, but despite this, the companion was asked to leave in the middle of the night, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the room wasn't cleaned, even though this was part of the paid service. A complete lack of seriousness, respect, and professionalism. I do not recommend this establishment.

The staff at this clinic were truly disappointing. They seemed disorganized and disrespectful, with a cold attitude towards patients and their families. I felt no professionalism or attentiveness. Frankly, it doesn't make me want to return.
