Absolutely avoid this place if you're looking for even a modicum of professionalism, ethics, and respect. To say the least, the experience was utterly disastrous! It's unacceptable to see such a lack of respect for patients at this clinic. Appointments are a mere formality, and the communication is so poor it's as if the services were free, when in fact the prices are exorbitant! The reception staff, especially the person in charge of scheduling appointments, are incredibly rude and completely incompetent when it comes to meeting customer expectations. They can barely even use a computer properly. The most alarming aspect, however, remains the handling of insurance claims. I have observed extremely questionable practices... we are being forced to pay unjustified additional amounts without any transparency and without any official declaration to the health insurance companies... This is opaque management that amounts to abusive overbilling... Faced with these blatant financial irregularities, urgent intervention and investigation by regulatory bodies and health insurance companies are necessary so that firm measures can be taken.

Unacceptable experience. The assistants, and especially Oumaima, treat patients with a complete lack of respect and empathy. The staff organization is catastrophic. Long waiting times and extreme arrogance from the staff. During my last visit, we waited for nurse Loubna for over two hours for a simple procedure because she refused to come down to see the patient. Hours wasted on basic procedures. No sense of urgency, no professionalism, and blatant disorganization. This clinic demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, organization, and respect for patients. Avoid at all costs.
