Terrible experience — absolutely unacceptable. My father had to be hospitalized because of a serious cardiac issue. He already has a pacemaker, and during his stay he was experiencing difficulty breathing and walking, as well as severe dizziness whenever he stood up. Yet the way he was treated was honestly shocking. We needed his medical reports for the insurance, but nobody seemed to know when they would be ready. The staff kept giving us vague answers and wasting our time. From what we experienced, the organization was extremely poor, and communication between the staff and patients was almost nonexistent. The doctor who was supposed to see my father kept him waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. At one point, while he was already struggling to breathe and walk, the doctor apparently called reception and asked them to bring my father to her office. However, nobody from reception told us about this call or informed us that the doctor was waiting for him. We were simply left there without any explanation. When we eventually went to the doctor, she had already left her office and told us that she had an emergency. So my father, who was already in a vulnerable condition, was left waiting, and we were left completely confused about what was happening. During his hospitalization, there was also no clear communication about his treatment or what was actually being done for him. We paid whatever we were asked without hesitation because, at the end of the day, our only priority was making sure my father was okay. But when you are paying for medical care, you expect at least basic professionalism, communication, organization, and compassion. What hurts me even more is thinking about my parents going to this clinic for years while I have been working abroad. Seeing firsthand how patients — especially elderly people — are treated made me wonder what they may have experienced all these years. There were so many elderly patients waiting, and honestly, it broke my heart. We didn’t even book a hotel in advance because we had no idea how long my father would be kept in the hospital, especially with how difficult it can be to find accommodation in Marrakech at short notice. The entire experience was stressful, exhausting, and incredibly disappointing. I genuinely would not recommend this hospital to anyone, especially elderly patients or anyone dealing with a serious medical condition. A hospital should be a place where patients feel safe, respected, and cared for — not a place where families are left confused, waiting, and constantly trying to figure out what is happening. This experience was completely unacceptable. The level of organization, communication, and patient care needs serious improvement.

They shouldn't work at all : not polite, not professional and just want to trick you about money (they said one price and when you pay, they want more money to continue treatment). In Europe, the would be forbidden to work! I will start anti campaign against them.

Very bad service kept going inside the room and outside because they treat kids while I’m so sick for one hour to get treatment while I paid 300dh to see the doctor

Super good experience! I suffered a very bad lung airway and throat infection. By the point of reaching the hospital I was almost fainting due to dehydration and malnourishment because I was vomiting 2 days straight and tore my voice cords and couldn’t even speak. They provided with the needed care, and also gave us english documents for insurance back home. They were super gentle and caring and explained me why I had the condition and how to treat it. Super happy! Thank you doctor Morad!

I strongly advise against this hospital in Marrakesh. My father suffered a stroke and was left without proper medical attention for many hours. Despite the urgency of his condition, the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Their focus seemed to be more on collecting money than providing care. The communication was misleading, and the overall attitude dishonest. Such treatment is unacceptable, especially in a medical facility. Absolutely not recommended — especially if you are expecting urgent, honest, and professional help.
