I had a terrible experience at Clinique 3D, and I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. My grandmother was admitted for just one night, but during that time the staff, especially the night staff, were extremely unresponsive. She repeatedly called for basic assistance, such as getting water, but no one came to help her. This was very upsetting for her and for our entire family. There was one staff member in particular whose behavior was especially unacceptable, although unfortunately we do not know his name. What is even more concerning is that my grandmother left the hospital in worse condition than when she was admitted. The entire experience was traumatic for both her and our family. We were also told that the heart monitoring machine was not working, which is alarming for a medical facility where such equipment is essential. On top of that, although my grandmother stayed for only one night, we were charged for two nights. Overall, this was the worst hospital experience our family has ever had. I hope the hospital takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality of its patient care and billing practices.

The staff working in the intensive care unit are unprofessional, showing no concern for patients and lacking humanity, in addition to the doctor's delays and the malfunction of some medical equipment.

I've already had a C-section at this clinic. The service is good and the midwives and nurses are lovely.
