Clinical Errahma

Do NOT go to this clinic!! Its a scam. They are not customer-friendly, try to overcharge you, and put you under pressure. They also do not stick to their agreements. My situation: on March 4 and 5, I received treatment there for an infection. I was required to pay €1000 immediately. I received an IV treatment and had some blood tests done. When I asked for an invoice for my insurance, it became very difficult. The invoice was filled in incorrectly (only first names and the wrong date of birth). I was then asked to pay extra to have these details corrected (which suggests they intentionally entered the information incorrectly). After paying extra, I was told I would receive the corrected invoice by email. As you can guess: nothing. Even after repeated requests, I still received nothing. Please go to another clinic. This one is not trustworthy and, in my opinion, a complete scam.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were professional & kind, and special thanks to nurse Mohamed in the emergency department for his exceptional care, compassion, and humanity. Highly recommended!

I recently underwent emergency surgery for a leg injury and wanted to express my sincere thanks to the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at ease, clearly explaining each step and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The surgery process itself was handled effectively and efficiently, and I couldn’t have felt more reassured by the professionalism shown. I also received fantastic care from the nursing staff during my recovery, and the hospital food was very tasty — a welcome boost during my stay. I’d like to give special appreciation to Ayoub, who truly went above and beyond. He helped navigate communications with my insurer, supported me in getting prescription items sorted, and was a consistently friendly and calming presence during what was otherwise a stressful time. His kindness and practical support made a real difference, and I’m very grateful for everything he did.

While the last place you want to go on holiday is to a medical facility, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Our son was delt with promptly and professionally by the staff and Ayoub Jouhari went consistantly above and beyond throughout.

The best clinic in the city. Even at night, the doctors act quickly and professionally. We are extremely grateful to the entire team for their work and attentive care. The medical staff is kind, compassionate, and supportive — they truly give you confidence that everything will get better. Thank you for the high level of care and prompt assistance.
