Please, I went to a doctor after Eid for pregnancy monitoring, and she told me she wouldn't give out her number. Now I've moved to another city and I have no idea how long I need to take this medication because I wanted to go back, but circumstances forced me to leave Essaouira. Now, if I want to schedule a consultation with her, how do I do that? I only had one session. Thank you.

We struggled to obtain clear information about the patient's condition and treatment plan, and we felt a lack of attention and consideration for our concerns and questions. Furthermore, the administrative procedures were cumbersome and slow, and the costs were exorbitant compared to the service we received. We expected a higher level of care and professionalism, especially given the sensitive nature of the patient's health, but the experience was disappointing on several levels. What bothered us most was the feeling that the financial aspect was prioritized over the patient's comfort and the peace of mind of their family. After this experience, I lost faith in the quality of services provided, and based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this hospital. I hope the management will review their approach to patient care and drastically improve the level of communication and care. I was admitted to the ER with four broken ribs, a pneumothorax, and emphysema. This clinic is fantastic because they got me back on my feet in two weeks. The staff is very professional and compassionate. They are very attentive to patients, always smiling, and have excellent communication skills. The doctors and nurses are incredibly dedicated. The facilities are cleaned several times a day. The food is delicious—in short, everything was perfect. I will never forget all these wonderful people who contributed to my recovery. Take care! 🤗👏👏👏
