I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait three hours in total, and another client was seen before me, even though it was my turn to have my Semilac nails redone. The semi-permanent application was poorly done: they had to remove the Semilac and redo it with gel. Furthermore, the Semilac removal wasn't done with a suitable product. The quality of service is mediocre, and the organization leaves much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, and I won't be going back.

The decor was terrible, the walkin was ta3amoul, and the service was a 0. I was disappointed. The spa was 3/10, just because it was a bit of a mess, but I couldn't resist. She had to do everything herself. The blow-dry (0/10) was also a bit much. During the blow-dry, I calmly and politely asked if my hair could be dried better on the inside because it was still wet, and I saw that she had finished that section. The hairdresser reacted very badly: she started yelling, refused to continue the blow-dry, and began speaking to me disrespectfully, using insults. She even said, "What are you doing here? I'll do better for you," saying that it wasn't her job. This behavior is unacceptable for customer service.

A DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE!!! Despite the beautiful decor, the kessala service and hygiene were truly appalling. I arrived barely 5 minutes late, yet they let another client go ahead of me even though I had booked that time slot 👎🏻 From the moment I entered the spa, the lack of cleanliness was obvious: dead skin cells were visible on the mat and even in the sandals provided, which was unpleasant and disgusting. Furthermore, the kessala did practically nothing and asked me to make my own beldi soap, which was a shock to me since I was in a spa, not a traditional hammam. Moreover, the soaping was included in my service, but the soap wasn't even given to me or made for me. Until I asked for it!!

Horrible, I asked for a root color for white hair, the dye was on my forehead, nose, neck, I paid a lot and the service was really bad, I do not recommend anyone to go there to do their hair
