The store was too noisy, with several songs playing at the same time! Guaranteed headache! Shelves and tills were dirty, and the staff were passive and not very pleasant! There was a long wait in the aisles, but no one came despite my request.

Good item selection, and good prices overall

I would like to report a very unpleasant incident that occurred today at the Carrefour Berrechid. After purchasing a cosmetic product and paying at the checkout, I was followed outside by a security guard who accosted me in the street, in front of everyone, demanding to see my product under the unjustified pretext that it "might be expired." As a reminder, this type of product only expires 24 months after opening, which makes this argument completely absurd. From what I was told, this behavior stems from orders given by the person in charge of the security cameras. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, as this guard has caused this kind of disturbance several times in the past. This behavior constitutes a complete lack of respect and professionalism. I find it unacceptable to be stopped and humiliated in this way in front of passersby after having paid for my purchases properly. If a security check is necessary, it must be conducted discreetly inside the store, not by chasing customers outside to confront them in this manner. This type of practice is unacceptable and seriously damages your brand's image.

Absolutely terrible. The worst, the worst experience I've ever had. The wait was so long, so incredibly long. A complete lack of professionalism and incompetence. I advise the La Belle Vie group to reconsider and visit this place immediately because this service is shameful and doesn't represent you at all.

No service at the checkouts was excessively long.

It's a large market where you can find many kinds of food products, from canned goods and vegetables to meat and dairy products. The organization is good, the range of products is diverse, and the employees are skilled. However, the number of checkouts in operation is insufficient to handle the long lines of customers during peak hours.

An excellent store with friendly staff. Thank you for the effort made during Eid al-Adha to maintain the availability of our needs. A special thank you to the cashiers, young women but with great patience—bravo!
