Excellent coffee with a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and the service is quick. The drinks are well-prepared and the coffee is high quality. It's an ideal place to meet up with friends, work quietly, or simply enjoy a relaxing moment. I highly recommend it!

I visited Cafe Ville Nouvelle today and was thoroughly impressed by how well-equipped the venue is. The ground floor features excellent, clear television screens making it a fantastic spot to watch football matches. On the other hand, the basement level is fully air-conditioned, exceptionally quiet, and provides a perfect environment for students to study or work. The high-speed Wi-Fi works flawlessly, and the entire staff deserves praise—the waiter was incredibly fast, and the barista maintains a very clean, speedy workstation. My only constructive critique is that there were too many flies around, which management needs to address for a better customer experience. That being said, the pricing is highly reasonable and perfectly matches the overall quality of service. Highly recommended!

A very bad experience. The service is slow and disorganized, the staff lacks professionalism and attention to customers. The food is of mediocre quality, tasteless, and absolutely does not justify the prices, which are excessively high for no good reason. Even worse, during match days, the establishment becomes blatantly exploitative: they charge 50 MAD just to reserve a table, which is unacceptable and outrageous. The value for money is catastrophic. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Absolutely avoid this place. The service is catastrophic, the staff arrogant and completely indifferent to customers. The wait is endless, there's no organization whatsoever, and zero respect. The food is frankly awful, tasteless, poorly prepared, and nowhere near what the exorbitant prices suggest. The prices are inflated without any justification; it's pure exploitation. And as if that weren't enough, during matches they become downright predatory: 50 MAD just to reserve a table! Unheard of. This place takes advantage of events to rip off customers. A disastrous experience; I will never set foot in this place again and I strongly advise against it.
