Cafe Restaurant Panorama

This was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. The food was completely inedible, the prices were outrageously high for what was served, and it felt like a total rip-off. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place altogether. …crap

In my opinion, it’s a disgrace that GetYourGuide partners with such a place. This restaurant is an absolute disaster. All the tour buses work with the owners. It’s not about customer satisfaction; it’s pure mass processing. The drivers probably get a commission for dropping off all the tour buses there. It’s awful! This kind of thing should be banned and stopped immediately! I recommend walking a little way down the street; on the same side there's a small shop with fair prices for snacks and drinks! Or diagonally opposite is a small restaurant.

Ate here because tour direct us here, not recommended at all • The food was dry • buffet but they don’t refill the food, when asked where the food is their only answer was “finished” • Not allowed to go to toilet without asking • payment by card is more expensive • Better to go to other nearby restaurant

Do not recommend. The food was bland and tasteless. The only reason I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars is because the bathrooms were clean and the staff was welcoming.

Scam. Scam. Scam. I knew this was a scam should of checked. Bought 3 tacos menu and prices were ok 50mad I saw on menu taco filled with chicken just what I wanted guess what we all got? Taco with 99% veg and 1% chicken. SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Only looks nice online because of tourists smh waiter made us wait god knows how long AVOID
