Make sure to order the camel tagine in advance as they sadly did not have it available when we arrived. The lamb tagine and chicken rfissa we ordered instead were delicious though.

A cozy, traditional restaurant in the medina of Essaouira. I tried the chicken rfissa—what an exquisite blend of flavors!—and a very elaborate Moroccan salad. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.

I feel like this restaurant is little hidden gem. It's hidden inside the old Souq area and is in a little side alleyway. There are probably about 10 tables. The owner was super friendly and made all the food himself. The food was DELICIOUS! Stand out to me was the chicken and vegetables Tajine. It was incredible the chicken was soft and juice and the flavors 10/10, filled well. We also had the beef and prunes Tajine, which was also delicious. Would com and eat dinner again if I was here for longer. 100% recommend.
