Been there 2 weeks ago ,food was normal but hygiene was 0 . Many plates and glasses waiting to ve cleaned was on counter bar. Waiter who served us wasn't good late serving and careless . Toilets were dirty and didnt have even soap. I'm sorry for people of Sidi Slimane dont have various options .

After waiting 30 minutes for a simple cup of coffee with milk, the waiter brings me a black coffee, only to disappear for another 10 minutes to bring me my order.

Three servers, four or five customers inside, and yet no one takes your order. They're all inside, just hanging around. You have to go inside to order, wait 30 minutes for a coffee after asking repeatedly. Terrible service and incompetent, rude staff.

I sat down at a table and the waiter threw the menu on it without even saying hello... And then, when it came time to pay, they tried to charge me prices that weren't on the menu. (45 instead of 30) This is my first day here, and I'm staying for a month. I won't be having any breakfast. 30 dirhams x 25 days = 750 dirhams lost [not counting my family]. I sent someone to ask about the price, and they told them the price of the menu! So, they're scammers.

I had a very bad experience here. I was a loyal customer. The place is nicely decorated, but the servers are terrible. Several times they charged around 20-30 dirhams for a meal. Three times at first, I thought it was just a matter of time, but each time it was a disaster, especially with one particularly bad server. My friends and family had the same experience. Unfortunately, the place is nicely decorated and has a family feel, but the quality of the service is zero, especially with the long wait times.
