Café Falora

Very bad service 👎 …

I would like to share my experience at Café Falora. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this café to others. The atmosphere no longer feels safe or welcoming. The two waitresses currently working there do not know how to treat customers professionally and often use inappropriate language in front of clients, which is unacceptable. What is most disappointing is that this café used to be a very nice and respectable place. Before these two waitresses arrived, the service was excellent, the staff was respectful, and customers felt comfortable. Suddenly, everything has changed for the worse. I would like to salute the owner and the manager, who I believe are making great efforts to improve the service and maintain the café’s reputation. However, I think they made the wrong choice when hiring these two waitresses, as they are seriously affecting the quality of service and the image of the café. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration and that things will improve in the future. قهوة جميلة موقع رائع امام البحر ولكن سيرفيس كارثي .. سربايات لا يحترمون احد و يتكلمون بكلام نابي اما وقت المباريات دائما لمضاربات و مشاجرات على الاماكن و السبب السرباية ..

One of my fav' place Situated in a perfect corner with amazing sea view on the second floor but quality of the product 60% , it wasn't like before
