Café Avenue Gourmande

I had breakfast there for 2 days as I was in the area. The croissants and pastries in general were quite good, but the bar wasn't. I have orange juice for breakfast. The first day they made it with ice because it was hot. The next day I asked for it without ice, but it was still full of water, which I didn't like. The coffee, however, was normal.

My first few visits here were too much. The waiter Hassan is incredibly kind and provides excellent service, but unfortunately, on two subsequent visits, I encountered two different waiters in the afternoon, and the same cannot be said for them. I even considered leaving before ordering because it was so unpleasant. Furthermore, I ordered a strawberry juice listed at 18 dirhams on the menu but was charged 25 dirhams... from now on, I will refrain from coming.

I went to this café to watch Morocco's opening match, but I was surprised to find that it wasn't broadcasting and they didn't have beIN Sports on TV. To top it all off, they didn't tell anyone beforehand. They let people in, sit down, and then they discovered the match wasn't being shown. This is disrespectful and misleading. On top of all that, there wasn't even a place to pray, which is very important in a Muslim country like Morocco. A café without Morocco's opening match, without prior notice, and without a place to pray = zero stars… If I could choose a rating lower than zero, I would! I won't go back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I am here in this unique café for the sake of looking at the match in Morocco, but there is a bad idea: the television has no function and the beIN Sports channel has not been shown, without anyone being informed about it. Clients on the internet, installed, ordered, will discover after the match is not difficult. This is a total man of respect and professionalism. In addition, there is no space to open, which is inadmissible in unpaid as the rest. Un café sans diffusion of the Moroccan match, sans the information is available and sans lieu of the price=zero étoile. If there is a negative note at zero, I don't know where it is. I don't recommend it to anyone else.

The bakery is really great, but the management of the café and staff—a new server every time—is terrible.

Nice atmosphere, well-served traditional breakfast, but we went there specifically for a special brunch after seeing an Instagram post about it, which was unfortunately unavailable.
