My sister-in-law was being seen by this doctor during her pregnancy, but the seriousness of her condition was neither clearly explained to her nor, to our knowledge, properly diagnosed. When the doctor went on vacation, she received no alternative care or clear instructions for continued care. It was only for this reason that we consulted another gynecologist. This doctor then identified and explained a concerning situation: maternal hypertension, proteinuria, and fetal growth restriction linked to probable placental insufficiency, with insufficient oxygen and nutrient supply requiring close obstetric monitoring. We were deeply shocked to discover this diagnosis at 36 weeks of pregnancy, especially since my sister-in-law was already receiving prenatal care. Thankfully, she consulted another doctor. We deeply regret the lack of explanation, foresight, and, above all, the absence of organized continuity of care during the vacation. A high-risk pregnancy requires rigorous monitoring and clear information for expectant parents. This experience has made us lose all confidence.

This medical clinic's primary goal is to make money from visitors. They completely disregard the patients' well-being and time. We endured long waits, only to find out the doctor had gone to deliver a baby. This behavior is inappropriate and demeaning to women, especially pregnant women. I advise you to avoid this clinic.

The receptionist gave me a humiliating reception. She insisted on booking an appointment two days in advance by phone, but upon arrival at the clinic, she let in whomever she pleased through favoritism and nepotism, leaving another pregnant woman waiting for five hours. Today, I waited from 12 noon until 4:30 and left the clinic after she had seen several women immediately upon arrival, disregarding appointments. May God hold her accountable.

After we waited for more than two hours, the doctor left the clinic without apologizing to the patients. If this were a country that respected its citizens, this clinic would have been shut down.
