I have been a regular patient at the practice for several years, precisely because I trust Dr. Rassi's professionalism. But my appointment today left me deeply disappointed in terms of hygiene. There were three of us in the same room, and when it came time to remove the suction cups to reposition them, the assistant placed my cups in the tray containing the blood of the patient next to me, then reused them on me. When I explained to her that this posed a real risk of cross-contamination, she replied that "only the blades matter," which is very worrying in a medical setting, especially with open wounds. This practice is medically prohibited and does not comply with hygiene regulations. I come here precisely for a professional practice that respects hygiene standards, far removed from the sloppy practices of some charlatans. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into account, as a medical practice must be beyond reproach in this regard. حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
