It's been almost a year since I started my laser treatments. I paid a significant amount, and thankfully, the results are quite satisfactory. However, the follow-up care is nonexistent. During this entire period, the doctor has practically never come to see me. At each session, I'm left only with the assistant who, however nice she may be, isn't a doctor and therefore can't answer all my questions or provide proper medical follow-up. I also got the impression that the clinic is primarily focused on cosmetic treatments. If that's indeed the case, they should clearly state it from the outset so that patients know what to expect. For such an expensive treatment, I find this truly disappointing.

I had a laser treatment with Dr. Hanae Skali and I'm thrilled with my experience. I had a real phobia of laser pain, but thanks to Dr. Hanae's professionalism and especially Leila's gentle touch, I felt absolutely nothing. The experience was even more pleasant than I had imagined. As for Leila, she's an exceptional person: gentle, caring, warm, and incredibly kind. Her support throughout the session made all the difference. A truly attentive, professional, and compassionate team. I highly recommend them.

A truly wonderful experience with Dr. Hanae. I discovered her on Instagram, then checked the reviews on Google and was surprised by the number of negative comments about the assistants. This didn't stop me from going to the clinic, only to discover that negativity knows no bounds! They were welcoming and smiling. The assistant who took care of me was very friendly and kindly explained the entire procedure. As for the doctor herself, I can assure you that these days it's rare to find a cosmetic doctor who still possesses this level of humanity, humility, and kindness. I would like to share my experience after several laser sessions at this clinic (currently on my fourth session). From the moment I arrived, the professionalism was lacking. The receptionist, named Hassania, behaved inappropriately: no greeting, vulgar language, and a complete lack of respect for the patients. During the sessions, the lack of professionalism was also concerning. The person performing the laser treatment regularly interrupted the session to answer their phone, which is unacceptable. Hygiene standards were not followed (no gloves were worn), and the overall attitude was haughty. I also noticed an inconsistency in the treatment: I have the impression that the machine's power is being deliberately reduced, giving the impression that the results are being slowed down in order to increase the number of paid sessions. This type of behavior is unworthy of a medical practice. Respect for the patient, professionalism, and transparency should be priorities. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to improve the quality of service.
