This guy’s a scammer. Avoid him at all cost. All the positive reviews are from his students He only cares about your money !! Once you’ve done your FUE, you won’t see him again. He doesn’t care about patients post-op I came from the UK for my hair transplant, he said I should come back 1 to 2 months later for a check-up, when I tried to make an appointment the receptionist kept giving me excuses. I called multiple times without any luck. I was unable to see the doctor and have a proper follow up. 1.5 years after my graft I can barely see any results !! Worst experience ever

I had a hair transplant with Dr alami in October 16th and I would like to share my story. It’s only been little over two months and I understand I need to wait for a year to see the final result, but i wanted to highlight my experience so far. For a while I strugled with myself If I should write a review or not, but I need to make my story public as I wish I came across a detailed review when I was considering Dr Alami for a hair transplant. I’m extremely disappointed with the results. After a painful experience with Dr alami that left the back of my head deformed with scars, which caused me mental and emotional stress, I decided to share my experience. The service at this clinic is great and the doctor and his stuff are very friendly, however, the quality of work and results are extremely poor. First, I will start with the most painful issue, they COMPLETELY DESTROYED my donor area. The back of my head was not evenly harvested and looks so patchy with scars which shows a lack of experience by the technicians. They also over harvested my donor area by going outside the safe zone. Not only this thins out my crown, but also the grafts taken have a high risk of falling out in the future since they are not DHT resistant. The reason why this hurts is because these errors can’t be corrected since the follicules are gone and will not grow back. Until this day I can’t understand how any clinic can make such a mistake. Every time I look at my donor area, I hate myself and get depressed for choosing this clinic. Please see the pictures I posted in my profile and judge for yourself. Second, I have done some extensive research for a year before my hair transplant and consulted with multiple doctors to come up with the ideal plan for me which Dr Alami also agreed to. The plan of the surgery was to transplant all of the 4200 grafts in the frontal hairlines and middle of scalp to get a good density. After the hair transplant was done, I was surprised that the grafts were spread over the whole bald area including the crown. which does not give me the desired density agreed up on and show a bald patch in midlife of scalp. I understand I need to wait 12 months to see the final results but it does not take a genius to figure out that no hair will grow in areas not transplanted. When I asked the doctor about it, he admitted that he made a mistake because their computer was down and he could not pull up my file before the surgery to see what we agreed on. Are you kidding me? A mistake? Well, I have to live with your careless mistake for the rest of my life. Third, all the doctor did was opening the channels, everything else was done by the technicians Khadijah & Chaimae which both are in their early 20s recent graduate from school with not much experience. When I asked the doctor about this and told him that I’m not comfortable with the technicians working on my head, his response was: “I just manage the team, everything will be fine and that all the bad stories on the internet about failed hair transplants are fake news. Well, everything was not fine and I became fake news now. This doctor will tell you all the right the things to get you to do the transplant at his clinic but, the results in my case are far from acceptable. To make things worst, when I started questioning the doctor about my concerns he will ignore them or will tell me to wait 12 months. Well, 12 months is not going to improve the the poor harvesting technique of the donor area, it’s not gonna make the scars disappear and sure will not make up for transplanting my hairline and middle scalp at an extremely low density ( not what we agreed up on). Anyways, this was my experience at this clinic and I will be posting another review with pictures after 12 months to show my progress.
