I highly recommend Dr. Samira Saber, a competent and attentive professional. However, her assistant, also a woman, consistently behaves disrespectfully towards patients. She doesn't allow time for explanations and doesn't facilitate procedures, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. I ultimately decided to change doctors because of the assistant's attitude.

If I could, I would have given her a zero. Her treatment is zero. Her assistance is poor; she doesn't treat people well and prioritizes those she knows. She looks at you from afar as if you have a contagious disease. She's just making things up. A while ago, when she was at Razi Hospital, she was good. But now, there's no proper treatment, no good medication, and no decent service. She even refused to do my check-up and kept delaying it because I wasn't going to pay her. When I first went, I told her I had two problems, and she said she'd do each one separately so I'd pay for each one. Plus, you go there and you're left waiting; there's no appointment or anything. I went to a doctor in Casablanca; her treatment was great, her medication was excellent, and she gave me appointments on time.
