The reception was impeccable, the doctor very kind, attentive, and truly took her time with her patients. You feel comfortable and well supported during the consultation, and I have absolutely no complaints about her personal qualities. Unfortunately, my experience with a cosmetic procedure was very disappointing. The result was nowhere near what I had hoped for, and this greatly disappointed me given the trust I had placed in the doctor. The most frustrating part is that I now have to spend a significant amount of money to correct the result. It's a real shame because the personal touch and the welcome were otherwise excellent.
