I have been treated by her three times, and frankly, she doesn't know how to smile at her colleagues and treats them harshly, even though you are paying her money. The last time I saw her, she filled a cavity in my tooth, but she destroyed the tooth's root without asking me a single question. In the end, she left a cavity and the entire tooth decayed. I don't know why I paid her. To be honest, I am not at all satisfied with her service or her treatment. "This is a message to you: Please smile at your patients and speak to them, please."

Sometimes we find ourselves in cities that aren't our own due to leave, so we need to be very attentive to demonstrate professionalism and competence. I won't judge the doctor's work because I didn't have time to speak with her, but at reception, I didn't appreciate that the first question asked was whether it was a wisdom tooth extraction or not. The reception process, which is the first point of contact between the patient and the doctor, needs to be reviewed.
