I wish to report the extremely disrespectful behavior of the receptionist. She demanded money from me to get me into the dentist's office and book an appointment. She insisted repeatedly, speaking loudly and in a very unpleasant manner. When I refused to give her money, her attitude towards me changed completely, and she treated me rudely. I find this behavior totally unacceptable and I demand that this situation be taken seriously.
