The reception has absolutely nothing to do with professionalism.

I had a mixed and ultimately disappointing experience. The reception staff were very kind, welcoming, and respectful, which I truly appreciated and would like to acknowledge. Unfortunately, my consultation with the doctor did not meet my expectations. I personally felt that the interaction lacked patience, and the communication came across as abrupt at times. The appointment felt rushed, which made it difficult for me to feel comfortable or properly express my concerns. Before my visit, I had heard some comments from others about their experiences saying that it was bad, but I preferred to form my own opinion! It was really bad interaction. Because of this, I did not feel at ease continuing the consultation and chose to leave before the visit was completed. I understand that medical professionals can have busy schedules, but from my perspective, a more attentive and patient approach would make a significant difference in the patient experience. A consultation should ideally be a space where one feels heard and respected, and this was not my experience. Overall, while the reception team left a very positive impression, I was disappointed with the consultation itself.

A truly awful experience. The reception staff are completely unprofessional and disrespectful—they have absolutely no concept of communication with patients; it feels more like a bazaar than a doctor's office. The doctor doesn't seem to know how to manage either his team or his practice. I witnessed a shocking situation: a patient who had just been discharged from intensive care was left waiting his turn as if nothing had happened. Absolutely no humanity. I am deeply disgusted.
