We expected more attentive listening, communication, respect, and clear explanations, especially since patients and their companions need to feel reassured. I hope the way patients and their companions are treated will improve.

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst medical experiences we've had, not because of the diagnosis, but because of the doctor's attitude. Her behavior was condescending and cold, with a clear lack of empathy for a patient who already suffered from impaired vision and needed support and respect. What surprised me even more was the presence of the Holy Quran in her office. The Quran shouldn't just sit on a shelf; its influence should be evident in compassion, kindness, and respectful treatment of others. Kind words and respect are part of professional ethics before they are part of treatment. I hope no patient ever has to go through a similar experience, and that all patients receive the respect and humanity they deserve.
