For me, a doctor must be human before being a doctor. I came in for an urgent case with a woman who couldn't even walk. I explained the situation to the receptionist and asked if the doctor could see us, even as a last resort. After waiting for 40 minutes, I was simply told that the doctor refused to see us. Very disappointing in such an urgent situation.
