I am extremely disappointed with the reception service. The welcome is poor, the staff completely lack professionalism and respect for patients. The secretaries neither know how to greet patients properly nor respond with consideration. This is unacceptable for a medical practice. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and I cannot understand how a facility can allow its front-line reception to operate so incompetently. Urgent improvement is needed.
