Unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. We contacted you beforehand to book an appointment and inquired about the doctor's availability, and you confirmed that he was. However, upon arriving at the clinic, we were shocked to discover that the doctor was on Hajj and that a substitute doctor was available. This undermines your credibility, because if we travel from one city to another for a specific doctor, we should expect to find that particular doctor. There are plenty of doctors in our city with the same specialty. You should have told us the truth instead of misleading us. We returned empty-handed, having wasted money, effort, and time for nothing, along with the patient. We were met with a cold "sorry." What can apologizing for? The fatigue, the sleepless nights, the effort, the money, the time, the commitments we put aside for the appointment—nothing. If medical clinics don't care about the human aspect of the patient's well-being, who will? No amount of explanation can compensate for the exhaustion and pain we endured.

What can I say? Professor Ait Badi is an exceptional doctor—attentive, caring, and extremely competent. Each consultation is conducted with professionalism, gentleness, and a great deal of clarity. You truly feel understood and supported. I have complete confidence in him and highly recommend him. I have been seeing this doctor regularly for several years now, and his professionalism, attentive listening, and kindness are always exceptional.
