Honestly, from the beginning I was shocked by the assistants' unprofessional behavior. They yell at patients, make mistakes with insurance paperwork, hold the patient responsible, and commit many other violations. I hope the doctor addresses this issue and warns her assistants. Their educational level, unfortunately, doesn't qualify them to work or communicate effectively with patients, or even healthy individuals.
