Peace be upon you. The medical treatment process has become surrounded by the necessity of conducting numerous tests unnecessarily. May God suffice us; He is the best of guardians.

Unfortunately, the reception was extremely poor; there was favoritism in admitting people to the doctor, manipulation of the order of events, and slow service. I'm speaking from personal experience.

The reception was excellent, and appointments were made by phone. The doctor's treatment was top-notch—kind, humane, and accurate. May God bless her and have mercy on those who raised her.

Dr. Sanaa is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She is exceptionally competent, professional, and, most importantly, humane. She takes the time to listen, explains every detail, and reassures her patients. This doctor has no experience, I swear! She prescribed medication for my mother based on the results of a blood test, but the medication didn't work for her. My mother suffered because of the medication that didn't work for her. When we went to this doctor, she only sent her nurse to tell us to stop taking the medication because she might have made a mistake in the test results... Please, it's shameful for you to say such a thing! You're a doctor, and you prescribed medication! What made it even worse is that I didn't see my mother; she just kept sending the nurse. A doctor is a doctor based on experience, not just words.
