❌Worst experience in this salon!! I had an appointment at 5 for my makeup and curls. The makeup artist was busy, so I waited a bit. I wanted my curls done, but the girl there was in a hurry to leave. She told me she'd do my curls with a better clip than Babyliss (if I wanted to, I could do it at home with my own clip). My hair was already styled, so she quickly applied hairspray and sprayed it with gel, all for 100 dirhams. The makeup was done in 15 minutes, and I wasn't happy with it. When I told her, she said it was fine, just trust her… Anyway, I paid 500 dirhams. Don't waste your time and money in this salon; you'll regret it. The staff are arrogant, and the services are overpriced, which are less common in other salons. ❌❌

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon, especially considering the high price I paid. I clearly explained to the makeup artist the look I wanted, but the final result was nothing like what I had asked for. For the amount they charge, I expected a professional result using high-quality products. Instead, many of the makeup products appeared to be very cheap, similar to drugstore brands like Essence, which was shocking given the premium prices. Nothing looked clean, and the overall hygiene standards were very concerning. The lip gloss was applied directly from the tube onto my lips instead of using a disposable applicator. This made me question whether the same product was being used on multiple clients, which is completely unhygienic. The staff were also unprofessional, arguing among themselves and creating a stressful atmosphere instead of making clients feel comfortable. I also had facial hair removal done the day before my event. They left me with bruising and still missed hairs on my face. Instead of feeling confident before my event, I left feeling stressed and disappointed. Overall, the entire experience was a flop. I paid a premium price but received poor-quality makeup, questionable hygiene, and unprofessional service. I will never return and would not recommend this salon. If you're looking for a salon in Morocco, I highly recommend Nawsika Salon. Every experience I've had there has been genuinely 5-star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Appalling hygiene. Brushes dropped on the floor and then reused on clients. Dirty products and makeup with a questionable odor. Over a 3-hour wait despite having an appointment. Disrespectful staff. Avoid at all costs.

Very disappointed! Despite having booked an appointment in advance, the wait was extremely long and the service unprofessional. My daughter also had an appointment for permanent nail extensions, booked more than 10 days in advance, but she was refused service on the spot because they claimed it was too busy! No reminder was given! A lack of respect for customers' time and poor organization.

The worst experience I've ever had. They messed up my hair. I got a straightening treatment, and God knows what kind of product they use. They tell you it's an expensive product, but they use cheap stuff. My hair fell out the day they straightened it, and it hasn't gone back to how it was in two years. I don't recommend them. May God punish them. It's a real disaster. Absolutely nothing.

So much to say, but unfortunately, nothing positive. My two sisters and I each paid 500 DHR for a "guest" makeup application by the salon's makeup artists… and honestly, the result was disastrous. At the end of the service, we went home to remove our makeup and then reapply it ourselves. There was absolutely no skin preparation: our faces weren't even cleansed before the makeup application, my sister didn't receive moisturizer, and none of the three of us had a primer. All three of us had under-eye makeup that wasn't powdered, which gave us a messy look. I had asked for perfectly straight eyebrows and a brown smoky eye with light brown tones, and I ended up with gray and silver. My complexion was grayish, the highlighter was grayish too, the bronzer wasn't blended, and the nose contouring was much too wide, which had the opposite effect of what I was hoping for. I was also given eyeliner even though I hadn't asked for it, and what's more, it wasn't straight or symmetrical: the two sides weren't even the same size. The false eyelashes were very poor quality, and the overall effect was anything but professional. One of my sisters also had eyeshadow fallout on her face, which wasn't even touched up. When I explained that I didn't like my makeup at all, the receptionist offered to redo just my eyes. But the problem wasn't just with the eyes: the real issue was the lack of skill of the people who did our makeup. Redoing my makeup would simply have wasted more time without any guarantee of a better result. The products used are clearly not professional quality for a salon that charges this price. The setting spray used was a Byphasse one costing around 25 DHR, which doesn't set anything at all, and the powder used was an Essence powder costing around 44 DHR. For a service costing 500 DHR, one would expect at least better quality products and a professional result. Regarding hygiene, it was very poor: the same brushes and the same beauty blender were used on all three of us without being cleaned. Lip pencils and glosses were applied directly to the lips, meaning they were used in the same way on all previous clients. I've also attached a photo of the makeup I requested, both for the eyes and complexion, as well as the final result, so everyone can see the difference. We were very disappointed with this experience, especially considering the price charged for a service that was far from professional.

I was absolutely delighted with the work of Hala, the professional makeup artist. Without a doubt, she's the best in Fez. I hired her for my wedding and also for my sister's wedding, and on both occasions, she exceeded all our expectations. Her talent, attention to detail, and professionalism are impressive. She knew how to highlight our natural beauty, and the result was simply perfect. She's also very kind and makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment. I recommend her 100% for any special occasion. I will definitely be back!
