Very nice restaurant over looking the city of Beni Mellal. Great customer service. Food was great. Excelente Fresh juice. Get the Mongo. One thing was (-) in the wi-fi nit so good

Reception staff weren't that friendly, breakfast wasn't great. Room is basically clean but just awful lighting. WiFi wasn't working. Should be cheaper.

Best experience for the price, it's what you would expect, best value for money

The rooms are very basic, nothing like the Booking.com photos, but for a 3-star hotel it's "passable" (just for sleeping). Our room had a split-level bathroom, which I think is terrible. The service was truly awful; in four days they cleaned the room only once, the bathroom was dirty, the air conditioning was incredibly noisy, the TV didn't work for the first two days and then it did, but without any European channels, which I can understand given the country, but it would be a nice touch considering the TV had about a thousand channels. The doorknobs fall off, the rooms are locked with a key instead of a card, a total hassle; you absolutely had to lock the door because someone could open it from the outside if you didn't. Before arriving in the country, I asked if I could pay by card and they said yes. However, when we tried to pay there, they gave us trouble, and it took us three days to be able to pay by card (even though they knew we were from abroad). The staff was also terrible. They made no effort to understand us; they spoke Arabic or French, but absolutely no English. At night, they slept on a sofa in the entrance, and thankfully, they at least closed the main door because when you go down to the host's office, the lights were off, and the man was sleeping there, completely oblivious to whether you wanted to come or go. You had to wake him up. We opted for breakfast, and it was awful. They had a handful of items, and it was the same thing every day. It's not worth getting breakfast; you're better off going to a bar next door. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, as there were so many bad things about that hotel. If you're going ONLY TO SLEEP, it's okay (for the price), but it's not a hotel I would recommend at all.

1. We were promised peace and quiet, but it was quite the opposite—too much noise. 2. The rooms are tiny. 3. The worst part was the small towel for after the shower. 4. No hot water! 5. Dirty room. 6. Disturbing noise from the fan and bar until 2 a.m. 7. Breakfast was subpar and mediocre. 8. Dirty floor, slow elevator. 9. Only one towel in the room. 10. Small sink. 11. Cockroaches in the breakfast.
