Worst experience ever. The stylist barely listened to what I asked for and rushed through the service. The haircut was uneven, and the styling looked nothing like the reference photo I showed. When I mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the result, the response was dismissive rather than helpful. Considering the high prices!!!!! I expected much better quality and customer service. Respectfully stay away if you value your hair!

I came to this salon and was really disappointed by the service. The hairdressers were just sitting around chatting even though clients were waiting. No one seemed motivated to work or take care of customers. It felt very unprofessional, I ended up waiting for nothing. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected.

I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Morocco. The staff was so kind and professional, even though I don’t speak Arabic at all. And the haircut — OMG — it was one of the best I’ve ever had! It’s a must if you’re visiting Essaouira and want to make a change. Enjoy!!!!

I was visiting from Australia and I booked an appointment to get a pedicure. The lady was so lovely and I loved my nails. I ended up getting a hair treatment done as well, my hair was dry and needed help. It was such a relaxing experience and I walked out feeling great.. with shiny healthy hair. Highly recommend the girls at Salon El Amirat! 5 stars!

I can really recommend the lady that coloured my hair, I think she is the owner (5*) She has great knowledge and is very professional. The only criticism was that the stylist had the hair dryer setting too high, very hot, almost scolding and although I indicated this, she didn't lower it.
