Poor organization, lack of attention, and the poor treatment by some staff members make the patient experience at this hospital extremely bad. There's only one doctor amidst a crowd of patients, chaos and disorganization everywhere, and long waits with no clear system in place. The situation requires a complete and decisive restructuring, and a serious review of staff performance and the hospital's management.

Zero system, zero service for the citizen. For example, I have asthma and want to see a specialist or a general practitioner at the hospital, but I can't even see the doctor because they're never available. First aid for asthma itself has to be purchased by the patient from outside. This is corruption, especially in a new building.

I had a very bad experience and there's a girl on the night shift who collects money and is very rude.
