The hammam was perfect with Karima. However, the pedicure was disastrous; I wasn't given any product or moisturizer, just water in a tub.

Frankly, your lack of professionalism is shameful. You give appointments and then don't honor them. I had an appointment at 3 PM, I waited over 20 minutes, and you saw another client before me. We came for a hammam, and the service was excellent! The blow-dry afterwards (on long hair) was done beautifully by the owner, who is lovely, smiling, and kind!
