A very bad experience at this bakery since the arrival of the new manager. Cold welcome, lack of customer service, and disrespectful communication with customers. The checkout service is disorganized and unprofessional. The manager lacks professionalism and doesn't know how to speak properly to customers. Needs immediate improvement.

The most pathetic bakery and mediocre pastry shop in El Jadida...no service, unwelcoming staff, poor quality and service, the cashiers underestimate customers, no respect...in short, I do not recommend this place. The best pastries in El Jadida are from Maison Éric Ruban d'Or in El La Vallée.
