It seems as if they are deliberately avoiding serving customers and leaving them waiting for a very long time without any attention. The service is slow and impersonal, and the employees give the impression of being forced to work. There is no politeness or respect shown to the customers. I do not recommend this bakery due to the very poor quality of service and the staff's behavior.
