Besma Dental Clinic

Thank you so much Dr. Basma, your work is excellent and so gentle. I wish you all the best, God willing. ❤️❤️

Highly competent doctors, a welcoming and professional staff, I highly recommend them

Disastrous management and a complete lack of professionalism. The service is centuries old. The first group of patients had a responsive and available doctor, but the current reception management (front desk) is, to say the least, a complete failure. I called the official phone number to make an appointment, and the receptionist, besides not knowing how to speak properly and lacking any business acumen, told me I had to come to the clinic just to make an appointment! It's unbelievable how a medical clinic like this can be so disastrous: if clients have to travel in person for a simple appointment, what's the point of having a phone number? People who are working have their jobs and don't have time to waste on such backward management, which has no logic or the slightest respect for people's time. It's complete chaos that drives people away. The professionalism is zero, and I absolutely do not recommend it.

Dr. Basma is truly exceptional. She always takes the time to explain things gently, listens attentively, and gives the best advice. You can tell she does her work with heart. I am very satisfied with her service. I wholeheartedly recommend her. ♥️

Dr. Basma is amazing, may God bless her! ☺️ She greets you with a beautiful smile and works with high professionalism. Thank you for everything, and the staff is wonderful too! ☺️☺️

I found it because it was recommended to me, a truly excellent and professional structure. 👌 …
